Mythic Legions 2 Kickstarter is LIVE!

You’ve all been incredibly patient over the last few months, and we thank you for that. Your patience is about to pay off… If you’re a fan of Mythic Legions, be prepared. Because the Mythic Legions armies are going to be raiding your homes like a horde of bloodthirsty Orcs over the next few months, leading right up to the Mythic Legions 2.0 Kickstarter!

FIRST, we just got word that our shipment of the following items are finally supposed to hit the Newark docks today, and if they actually do arrive and all goes to plan (please be nice to us, US Customs…), we should be getting the following figures into our warehouse sometime next week. As soon as everything’s here and accounted for, we’ll begin shipping all of those out to those of you who are expecting them.

We’ll be putting any extra stock up on Store Horsemen for sale when the incoming shipment starts going out the door to customers, but we’ll make an announcement about when that sale is going to begin about a week before it happens, and the items ordered at that time won’t begin shipping out until all of the pre-orders for the items listed above have shipped. Be sure to jump on those quickly, because we’ll have a VERY limited stock of most of the items.

SECOND, we also got word from our factory today that the Mythic Legions: Covenant of Shadows, Mythic Legions All-Stars 1.0 and the Mythic Legions: Trolls should be finished and shipping out from the factory to our warehouse in late November. from that pint it usually takes about six weeks to reach the Newark docks here in the US. We were hoping to have those in our warehouse and shipping out to all of you before Christmas, but our recent Paypal debacle kind of screwed that schedule up and slowed things down, but at least it didn’t completely shut us down. Below is a list of the figures that will be in that shipment…

COVENANT OF SHADOWS: Baron Volligar, Gorthokk, Torionn, Cador, Scaphoid, Silverhorn Sentry, Deluxe Knight Legion Builder, Templar Knight Legion Builder.

MYTHIC LEGIONS ALL-STARS 1.0: Sir Ignatius, Sir Gideon Heavensbrand, Orn Steelhide, Asterionn, Skapular the Cryptbreaker, Deluxe Barbarian Builder

TROLLS: Deluxe Stone Troll, Deluxe Forest Troll

As with the Mythic Legions 1.5 shipment, we’ll put any excess figures from this shipment up on Store Horsemen for sale after everything starts shipping out to our pre-order customers, and nothing will actually ship until all of those pre-orders have been sent out.

THIRD, we were considering kicking off the Mythic Legions 2.0 Kickstarter in November, but we know that with all of the Mythic Legions merchandise coming through here and shipping out soon, not only will that put a tremendous strain on us if we try to include the Kickstarter as well, but it’ll put a tremendous burden on your bank account if you’re interested in purchasing anything from the upcoming Mythic Legions shipments. Plus, we know that a lot of you have Christmas to consider too. Therefore we’ve decided that the Mythic Legions 2.0 Kickstarter launch will happen in mid to late January 2017. We’ll come up with a specific date for you in the next week or so. But between now and then, we’re going to be doing at least one Mythic Legions reveal, sneak preview, or tease per week as we build to the highly anticipated Mythic Legions 2.0 Kickstarter launch!

And LAST, to kick off the upcoming Mythic Legions onslaught, here’s our first reveal!! It’s the packaging design for the Mythic Legions: Trolls with new artwork done by the always amazing Nate Baertsch! The box size for the Trolls will be 13″high X 14″wide X 7.5″ deep, and if you notice that there are a few new fellas on there that you haven’t seen before, there’s a reason for that…

All of the Kickstarter backed Mythic Legions 1.0 All-In sets and 16-piece sets have all shipped (both domestically and international, and we’re currently shipping out all of the non-set rewards and misc. orders. We anticipate that taking about two weeks total. After those have all shipped out we’ll begin shipping all of the Store Horsemen Mythic Legions 1.0 pre-orders from 2015, followed by the Store Horsemen Mythic Legions 1.0 pre-orders from a couple weeks ago. Even though we’ll be at Power Con this coming weekend, our shipping department will still be going full speed to get these things out to you ASAP.

People have been speculating that the reason we sent the larger sets out first is because those customers might have spent more money than others, but that’s not the case at all. We have a very limited space in our warehouse area for shipping purposes, so packing and shipping the larger orders first was an easy way for us to clear out as much workspace as possible in order to be able to fit more people into the shipping area so we can try to ship the rest of the orders out faster to you. Simple lack of useable space logistics.

Having mentioned Power Con, you might remember that we were going try to have the Mythic Legions 1.5 Unkann figure actually at the 2016 Power Con for sale, and we’ve managed to do just that! There are going to be a very limited amount of them available at the show that we’ve had (expensively) air-shipped from our factory to the show, but we just got word that they’ve arrived at our hotel and that means we’ll have them on-hand to sell directly to you if you’re in attendance. These are for sale only and we won’t be allowing pick-ups at the show for Store Horsemen pre-ordered items. For those of you who have pre-ordered the Unkann figure (as well as the rest of that Mythic Legions 1.5 wave) the fact that we’re able to get these in hand is good news for you as well. That means that the factory is nearing the finish of production for the main four figures and the two deluxe trolls shouldn’t be too far behind. If it looks like the trolls (which have to go through a different production process than the normal Mythic Legions figures) are going to be taking a lot longer to get in-hand, we’ll have the factory ship the four basic figures first, and we’ll send the trolls out separately at a later date at no extra charge to those who have pre-ordered them.

We just got in production samples of the latest wave of Gothitropolis and Mythic Legions bird figures as well. They look spectacular and we’re going to try to post a few pics of some of the stand-outs later today or tomorrow. As it stands, it looks like we’re going to get those in early to mid-summer at the warehouse and we’ll begin shipping those out to Store Horsemen pre-order customers as soon as they arrive.

We’ll keep you updated with more shipping and production news as we get it. The pic below is the shipping area of the Mythic Legions 1.0 figures at lunchtime today. We also tossed in a pic of the Unkann figure for you all to drool over until this weekend at the 2016 Power Con!

We just got confirmation that Mythic Legions 1.0 have shipped from our factory and they’re currently crossing the Pacific Ocean on the way to our warehouse in New Jersey. That part of the shipping process can take anywhere from four to seven weeks depending on a number of factors, and then it could take from a couple days up to a week or so for the shipment to make it through customs after it hits the ports here un the United States. Then once the shipment FINALLY arrives here at the Four Horsemen Studios warehouse, it’ll probably take us a few days to get the roughly 25,000 figures organized in a way to make the shipping process out to all of you run smoothly.

Soooo, we can’t say for certain when the figures will begin shipping out to all of you just yet, but we do know that the final part of the process has finally begun and it won’t be long now before the Mythic Legions hordes are invading your houses and terrorizing your kids and pets.

Mythic 1.0

We just wanted to remind everyone that the pre-orders for Mythic Legions 1.5 through Store Horsemen will be ending this coming Monday at 3pm EST, so if you haven’t gotten your pre-orders in yet, now’s the time to do it.

The response and support of this wave, and all of our Mythic Legions endeavors so far have been tremendous, and we can’t thank you all enough.

Yes, we do plan to have a very limited amount of Mythic Legions 1.5 up for sale through Store Horsemen after all of the pre-orders have shipped out, and we’re hoping to have some of these figures in hand and up for sale at both the 2016 Power Con and the San Diego Comic Con 2016, but we do expect these all to sell out quickly based on the response so far, so pre-ordering NOW is your best shot at guaranteeing sure you get your hands on these amazing action figures and bring your Legions to life.

The Mythic Legions 1.0 figures are in the process of shipping from the factory to the Four Horsemen warehouse, and we know some of you have moved to a different address since the Mythic Legions Kickstarter campaign, so below are instructions on how you can go into your Kicksarter/Backerkit file and make those changes yourself. If you follow these instructions and you’re still having issues getting your address updated, please feel free to contact us at and put “KICKSTARTER ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line.

If you still have your original invitation email from Backerkit to access your Backerkit account, you can just use the link in that email and sign into your account to make the necessary alterations to your address.

If you no longer have that invitation email, you can follow this link to request a new login link straight from Backerkit

Two things…

1) Adding to existing pre-orders that we mentioned only pertains to the Mythic Legions 1.5 wave and figures. NOT to Mythic Legions 1.0 or any of the previously solicited birds.

2) Mythic Legions 1.0, Mythic Legions 1.5 and the recently solicited birds will all be shipped separately and a cannot be combined because they’ll be arriving into and shipping out of the warehouse at different times.

The Mythic Legions 1.0 figures are finally finished, packed up, and ready to ship out to our warehouse from our factory overseas. If all goes as planned they should ship to us later this week or early next week and it normally takes six to eight weeks to hit the NYC ports, and then couple of days to make it through customs and get trucked the rest of the way to us. We’ll post another announcement once the figures are on the water and a third once they’ve arrived at our warehouse.

We’ve had internet and email problems for the past week or so, so if you need to adjust or cancel your recent Store Horsemen Mythic Legions 1.5 pre-order or alter your shipping address for any Store Horsemen order and you’ve already emailed us about it, please read the instructions below and send another email just to make sure your email didn’t get lost or buried when we were having the internet issues. E-mail –

If you need to add items to your pre-existing order – our online store won’t allow items to be added to pre-existing orders. In order to add to your pre-order you have the following options. Either works fine for us. Please decide how you’d like to handle it and email us about it.

1) Cancel your current pre-order and create a new one including the new items you’d like to add. Your payment, if your pre-order has been processed, will be refunded via Paypal.

2) Place a new pre-order for the items you’d like to add to your current pre-order. Then e-mail us about it so we can alter your shipping charges for the new pre-order and we can also make a note to combine the new pre-order with your current pre-order so they can ship simultaneously.

Just a little reminder that you’ve only got a little more than a week to pre-order the Mythic Legions 1.5 figures! They’re up for pre-order right now at Store Horsemen.

We just wanted to post a couple of quick shots of both Pixxus and Ilgarr with their fan demanded alternate skull heads in place. You can never have too many skeletal warriors!
